Founder Juwan Codrington launched Standard Demolition in 2018, bringing years of hands-on experience as Lead Operations & Site Maintenance Manager at Sensus Design Studio. With over 700,000 square feet of residential demolition projects under his belt, he built the company on precision, efficiency, and an unwavering work ethic.

With a background in Mechanical Engineering, Juwan chose to step out of the office and into the field—where the real action happens. His energy and drive fuel the team’s relentless pace, ensuring every project is executed with expertise and care.

To this day, Juwan personally visits every job site, overseeing the tactical work that Standard Demolition is known for. His philosophy? Everyone contributes. No job is too small. No challenge is too big. Whether it’s managing logistics or jumping in to get his hands dirty, his commitment to teamwork and accountability is what sets Standard Demolition apart.
